Our Staff
Each of the bartenders at Bartenders Plus of Charlotte is selected to provide the highest quality bartending services, staffed with professionals who are knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and responsible. You can expect staff able to serve you and your guests in a professional and friendly manner. We aim to add value to every event and provide our clients with the peace of mind in knowing their guests are being served responsibly.

Bartender Attire
Our staff have two (2) basic uniforms that you may choose from:

- Black slacks and shoes with black oxford shirt
- Black slacks and shoes with black polo shirt for more casual occasions

Bar Backs / Cocktail Servers...
A Bar Back restocks the bar when it is running low in supplies such as liquor, beer, ice, garnishes, etc. and helps keep the area clean. They are the bartender's "right-hand man" when events get hectic. A Cocktail Server will float around the room and take drink orders, bus tables and help keep the space neat and presentable.
